Holistic Massage

Holistic massage has been known and used for thousands of years as one of the most beneficial ways of keeping the body free from stress and illness.

Holistic means considering the complete person; mind, body and soul.

Massage improves circulation, bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients to the body cells, helping to eliminate toxins and releases muscular tension and stress.

When the body is allowed to relax it can begin to heal itself. Holistic massage can help on many levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage massage is a gentle technique that works through the body's fluid system to activate the circulation of the tissues and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.

The proper functioning of the lymphatic system is critical to our body's ability to operate at peak performance. This system drains fluids, detoxifies and regenerates tissues, filters out toxins and foreign substances and helps us maintain a healthy immune system. If lymph circulation stagnates however, toxins accumulate and compromise cellular functioning, which opens the way to physical ailments.
